I went today to the vet to get Toto checked up for his tooth problem, and it seems like the tooth that was moving was still a baby tooth, and thats why it was moving and finally fell at the vet's office.
The vet told me that in yorkies and poms and other small dogs can have their baby teeth up to 4 years. So I guess this was in my case too. I saw the tooth and had no roots, it looked like his other baby teeth, so I am gladly to say that I have calmed down and there is no more an emergency.
The vet gave Toto some clindamycin for 3 days and said that everything will be fine.
Toto is not hurting at all, and he has a great appetite for food and also play.

Thank you again for everybody's help.
