What kind of shampoo are you using? Are you bathing him a lot?
You should be using a "oatmeal" based pet shampoo.. That will help with the dryness..
If you are bathing him a lot, that will happen. You should be bathing him like once every 2 weeks.
That happened to Peanut when he was a puppy, I was bathing too much and his skin was getting dry and flakey.
