I'm so sorry for your loss. That would be heartbreaking.
I've been wondering about something this afternoon that is similar to this. Yesterday afternoon Bella went outside about 4:00. Then we left and went to my grandmother's until about 6:30. When we got home I put her out again. When she got in the house, there was definitely something wrong.
She was acting really sleepy and wasn't her normal self. It was like she couldn't breathe and couldn't keep her eyes open. We gave her some sugar water because we thought maybe it was a sugar drop. I called the vet because I was scared to death. The vet didn't call back but by about 8:30 or so she was acting better.
Today she's been playing with Tori and seems to be doing pretty good. When they went outside, I saw Bella with a mushroom. So I got it away from her and put it in a ziploc bag. We have an appointment at the vet tomorrow so I'm going to take it in and see what he says. |
