We got our seats at Petsmart. I think Petco also carries them.

Yogi use to get sick every time, also. Being in the seat helped, since he could see out. And I also had his window down a little so that he could feel the air blowing on his face. One theory I've heard is that the motion of the car minus the air confuses their systems. I started out doing very short trips, just a few blocks, to the closest park and then we'd get out and walk around for 30-50 minutes then the short drive back home. As he matured and he saw that the car rides ended in something fun the car sickness has gone away. So try some shorter, frequent, trips in the car with lots of rewards and praise at the end.

Also, I've heard ginger helps settle the tummy some. Perhaps try a ginger snap cookie before you go.

As for him not liking to get into the motor home. Start going into it just to sit, play, eat, but not go anywhere. Let him see that it's not a big scary place. Remember he's had a lot of change thrown at him. Go slow, lots of reward, love and praise, he'll come around.

Here's Gracie Ruth in her seat, patiently waiting for me to put the camera down so that we can go shopping.
