 Flying with Yorkie to Europe?
My boyfriend and I are travelling to Germany for Christmas and New Year's and we are taking Simba with us. We will be flying first leg 4.25 hrs (SF-ATL), second leg 9.10 hrs (ATL-MUC).
Has anyone here flewn this long with their dog? We have it confirmed with the airlines that he will be in the cabin with us and he is very good in the carrier but I know it's a long flight. Naturally, I wonder about bathroom issues. I saw that there are diapers for dogs so I am considering getting that.
Should I get something from the vet to make him sleepy or do you guys think that's not a good idea?
I hope the flight attendances will close on eye and have me take him out of his bag, but you never know.
