That is fine.. As long as he is getting his pills and what ever you are giving him is safe..then good job
You can also crush them and put them in yogurt/cottege cheese... My yorkie will eat the chesse and spit out the pill! yes even with peanut butter on it! I dont know how he does it, so I crush them up and he loves yogurt and cottage chesse so he will lick the plate clean.
