I bought my latest little furbaby from a bad breeder outside of Memphis. I have by chance run into 4 other people that had the same issues with their puppies almost dying that bought from her recently. When called she says the ride home stresses them, or that they were not taken care of properly etc. I have reported her to the local police dept (who says they have had numerous complaints but cant do anything to her, because she is not breaking laws) they have no animal control in her town, its to small. I have also reported her to aspca and called a local rescue group to see if they could give me advice. anyone else have any ideas? It breaks my heart to think of any more puppies suffering.
I spent $1500 on vet bills keeping pix alive. She is wonderfully healthy now, but it took over a month to get her that way. thanks for any ideas.
