Is Max neutered and if he is what age was he when it was done? It's been my experience that once they start leg lifting, they never stop, even after neutering. It's influenced by puberty (testosterone) and this breed matures earlier than larger breeds. I have some little boys that leg lift at 4 months! A belly band is what I would recommend. Put a bladder control pad in it to draw the urine away from the body.
