I dont think it's the pancreas; my dog had a bad stomach since i got her and it only got worst; she was admitted twice to the hospital for vomiting blood and was diagnosed with enteritis gastritis; and HGE
she used to vomit a lot ; at least 4 times weekly
after switching her food to the honest kitchen; and adding digestive enzymes and probiotic; she hasn't thrown up ever since and she's acting better. so maybe ur dog has sensitive stomach and u just have to adjust the food; good luck
