I am more concerned about the personality of the dog than the looks, looks is just a bonus hehe. The breeder emailed me and said next week she'll arrange an appointment with me so I can see the puppies and where they live. I want to see how they are cared for and the mother and father aswell.

Wow, you sound more than financially secure enough to provide for a puppy's needs. Much more so than the average 18 year old! Much more so than I was at 18! At that age all I could do was agree to feed the cat that decided, against my wishes, to live on my porch.
Checking into how the puppy has been raised and it's environment is very important. I think there is going to be one lucky little puppy waiting for you! It will fun to watch as he or she grows up with you. Nothing like a Yorkie puppy!
