You should make her sit and stay before you put the harness on..that might help.. you can train her to do that, then she will know when it comes time to put the harness on she will sit for you.
I have a Buddy Belt and I love it. I have also had harness's at petsmart and liked them as well..
I wouldnt leave on the harness all the time, if she is at home I dont see why she would need it on.. Peanut only wears his when he is out and about with me. With these little babies it is best that you use a harness..only use a collar for her id and tags..
