You can get Nutrical from the pet store - no need to ask the vet for it. Karo syrup is liquid corn syrup that is found in the grocery stores, usually in the baking section. They are not the same thing as Nutrical is made specifically for dogs and has some essential nutrients in it, whereas the karo syrup is just corn syrup you add to water.

I would definitely begin using a daily probiotic in a supplement form as there just isn't enough in yogurt. This may be enough to help your baby, but if things continue I would invest in a consultation with a nutritionist before other health problems arise.

If it is a virus, then yes other dogs could get it from her.
