Well, w/ fur loss, recurrent infections, sores, weight loss - you really need to see a good vet for a full workup.
Thyroid needs to be checked. But also, can you describe the weight loss - is it all over - or did the weight just redistrubute to the belly (ie, pot belly)? If there is pot belly, PLEASE do a screening test for Cushings.
How has the yeast been treated in the past? If this were me, I'd ask for a 6-wk oral regimen of Diflucan (pill) and use antifungal shampoo weekly. And you'll need an ear ointment to get that relieved asap.
