He did get a cleaning in April. and the year before that also in April. His teeth are healthy. I think this is a baby tooth that never fell. I don't know what to do. I have insurance with banfield but they won't cover the extraction. I made an appt for today to get him checked up. Ill post more after I come back from the vet's office.
