 Is it Kennel Cough or Allergies?
Gracie has been coughing for a couple of days now but this morning it was non-stop for quite a while. From experience I can tell you that it sounds like kennel cough. Sometimes she coughs hard enough to gag and spit up a bit. My dilemma is that she hasn't been anywhere to pick up kennel cough. Does anyone know the incubation period for it? You might recall that Gracie has a severe allergy to fleas so I'm wondering if it is seasonal allergies. Do the coughs sound alike? I have an appointment with the vet but I'm hoping for some reassurance. I can't deal with 4 sick dogs right now. |
