 Toilet flange
I showed my dh the pic, because of course, I want one, LOL and he said the bottom piece is a 'toilet flange' which is what you use to bolt the toilet to floor. Love the scrapbooking sticker idea. And the glass bottles link, because I don't like plastic leeching. Gosh, I love YT, you can find everything on here!
