is it yellow bile vomit; maybe she has an empty sotmach in the morning. you can avoid this by feeding her late dinner and giving her a piece of treat at night to hold for the morning; and then feed her early breakfast. i have to wake up early everyday to feed my dog, or she will vomit too. not sure if anyone suggested milk thistle drops and probiotic powder; that might help too; i buy mine from wholefood store. good luck
