I got my Maltese, Cody 2 years ago. I too fell instantly in love with the little guy. But he became so attached to me that his separation anxiety got bad. I kicked around the idea of a playmate for him and was really reluctant. But then I got my Yorkie, Colt. And boy am I ever glad I did. I fell in love with him as well. And Cody and Colt are the best of buds in everything they do.
I am so glad I decided to get him.
