i just bought my casper about two weeks ago now but i am having some trouble getting his rabies certificate and shot record from the previous owner (duh i should have got that when i bought him, but he was so cute i had to have him right then) she said he was up to date on all shots but i have to have the rebies certificate to register him. he is 7 months old and i am goingh to consult the vet but does anyone know if it would safe to have him re-vaccinated if i don't get his records? thanks
