No, his face nor head had any mats at all....it was in great shape. His harness tends to mat him so he had some on his back and around his butt...he does not like me messing around hit butt area so I have a really hard time brushing there. I don't know if the lady just misunderstood or what. I'll be looking for a photo to take with me next time....haven't decided if I'm going to give this lady another chance or move on to someone else. Since he is shaved and all the mats are gone I'm hoping I'll be able to keep him mat free by brushing him daily. I really wish he would get use to it and enjoy it so I wouldn't have to fight him. I feel like I am being so mean having to hold him down.
