petey should not be bred. he is blue born and that is a very serious genetic fault. you are fortunate he has lived this long and is healthy. obviously your vet is inexperienced in this. Seek out another vet and be grateful petey seems healthy. You would do well to read the link to the blue born dogs. If that breeder sold you Petey as a rare yorkie at an inflated price, she ripped you off plain andd simple.
