You have conveniently ignored the questions about your dog. I would be very curious to know what breed of dog she is and who trained her. It seems that you have this idea that Cesar harmed your dog -- let's stay on topic and help us understand.
You want to talk behavior and have indicated that Cesar's methods did emotional/mental harm to your dog. I am genuinely interested in knowing how that happened.
