Ok, aquinn and I had almost the exact post, so I edited..... but do make sure your puppy is completely combed out....I have the occasional client who will show up with a dog that has not been brushed in weeks, full of mats... It is frustrating and really takes away from the overall pleasureable experience the groomer's should be...
