sounds like your groomer doesn't know what he/she is doing. all yorkies regardless of sex get their ears tipped unless the owner doesn't want it. I also don't do it if they have floppy ears and are past the age of getting them to stand up. i think it looks funny. Also your groomer cut off the top knot without asking you. obviously if the dog has longer hair there or comes in with a bow the groomer should think to ask you if you want to keep it. i know i do, and if i forget to ask at the time of drop off i call the owner and ask before i do anything.
