I really, really want to find a treadmill. I can't/won't run outside (I can run for much longer on a treadmill. I have no idea why), but I think if I had a treadmill to run on I'd commit to it a lot better. they're just sooo freakin expensive.  |
Megan have you tried kijiji? That is where we got ours. You can get some for like 200-300.
It is easier to run on a treadmill because outside you have to propel yourself forward- whereas on a treadmill you are just staying still- plus no hills, no hot weather... i do treadmill only. However, I think if i want to really get ready for my 5K in a month- i better start taking it outside or i'll be in for a rude awakening!!!
