lol- well I have hurt my legs, but I'm taking it easy now. I belong to a forum of people who are doing this - and i'm the only one who has been injured thus far

So i guess it works for some. And I have REALLY built up my endurance. Before this sinus infection got to me I was running for 8 min at a time- 6 weeks ago- could BARELY do the 60 seconds.. lol... so i'm going to stick it out- plus I have a 5 K next month!
