I am currently feeding Penny Royal Canin Yorkie Food. She doesn't seem to dislike it but she also doesnt love it. It seems as though she is picky and prefers other dog food such as Beneful (sp?) thats not for yorkies. (I do not feed her this, however she sneaks it from my bfs families dog.) I was told Canin is a great quality food. I just recently bought her a can of Instinct raw food? I was told this would be good for her digestive tract and keeping tartar to a minimal. She seems to like it, or did.. first time she ate the entire bowl.. but this morning when I fed her her first meal.. she ate very little.. it sat there til dinner time and she only picked at it. So this morning I replaced it again.. she ate some.. left the rest? Could her medication be making her lose her appetite? I gave her her meds after she attempted to eat..
Any yummier yorkie foods out there?
Also, could someone suggest some good healthy treats? Preferably treats with natural ingredients or more towards a healthier diet.
Penny is 1 year and 2 days old.
