Yes, Yorkies get upset tummies from time to time. I was asking about his food schedule, bc you may have to give him a little snack just before bed time, it may help with the morning bile throw up.

The honking noise sounds like CT, and allergies could trigger it. When he starts to honk, you MUST get him to stop. You can try these things:

Rub his throat gently.
Cover his nostrils.
Lift his front paws up to the sky, tilting head back a little.
Talk softly to him, telling him, ok, ok, calm down.
Put some water on your finger and get him to lick it off.
Steam up the bathroom and go in there with him and shut the door.
Keep his belly cool, shave his belly, put a cold wash cloth on his belly, put him in the bath to cool him down.
