Cry Worried about my Yorkie

Hey guys.

So last night I woke up at 5:00am to my Yorkie not being able to breathe. This isn't anything completely new, I've seen it happen when he gets over excited (when we come home from work, etc) but NEVER coming out of a dead sleep. Then I noticed he'd thrown up on his blankie. His tummy was making REALLY loud noises. Clearly he had an upset stomach, but that combined with him not being able to breathe has me very worried.

I got up and went to the kitchen and he jumped off my huge bed just fine, and went running down the hall after me...I gave him a tiny bit of milk, hoping to soothe his tummy a bit...

He slept fine after that but he's been sleeping a little more than usual today. I'm pretty concerned. I'm unemployed and don't have a ton of money, so if I don't HAVE to take him to the vet, that would be preferable, but I'll do anything it takes to ensure his health and well-being if something is wrong.

Can anyone offer me some advice??
