Get a medicine dropper and if she won't take it in her mouth, open her mouth by grabbing above her head and forcing the bottom jaw down. It shouldn't hurt her since this is how you should open a cat's mouth according to our vet. We've also rescued two cats, one that was about 3 or 4 weeks old and covered in fleas. He wouldn't take the nipple either and was really weak so we got a dropper and he did fine. Make sure to keep her warm, too!

BTW, our two rescues flourished and are now 16 lbs and 12 lbs of pure muscle!
