Looks like someone that is looking for a law suit by dragging someone into saying something they should not... FYI seen it done before so again not calling anyone a name at all and also very clearly he is not positive based in training and I would not hire him because of that.

I am not a fan of his in case that's what your getting at. I don't like how he treats people nor do i like how he treats dogs. As i only use positive training methods when i train dogs. And there is no food just praise. So i would say that i'm a positive trainer without treats. I would also say this to his face if and when i ever would run into him which would not happen in the first place as i stay far away from trainers who do not use a positive method. So i hope this has cleared up any misunderstanding or in case you may think i'm a fan of his.
