Actually Nancy there is a Canadain Lady in court right now for saying on line in a group that she got her dog from a puppy mill. Just how sick the puppy is. She got SPCA support but she getting nailed for slander. So watching what one says and getting baited into a slip like agreeing someone is an a&& is in Canada can get you big time trouble. There are a few trying it out to see if they can push the ruling to get people to say someone is not a good trainer or breeder and it not fun up here right now.
At least on this side of the boarder.
It may not be public out side the puppymill groups but there is fund raising going on to help her.
So while you may have laughed at the post thinking I was right out there, when if fact this is a growing concern for those of us that advocate strongly for no puppy mills and also gentle training methods.
