 Chloe is so sick and the vet is closed! Please Help
We went to Phoenix and it's like 103F there. I had an appointment and needed to check out of our hotel, so we took the dogs with us. My daughter sat inside the truck in their underground parking garage. We had the air going it wasn't bad in the truck. We came home Friday(it's a 3hr drive). We stopped once we hit the cooler temperatures to let the babies potty and stretch their legs. They both seemed fine. We got home and I put Chloe and Milo to bed. The next morning Chloe got up and smelled awful! I checked her cage and she had puked and had diarrhea all over the cage. We cleaned her up and fed them as usual, thinking the trip got to her.
Last night we were watching a movie. She was nestled up next to DH. She jumped up and flew over to me. A few minutes later we discovered that she pooped where she was laying. She threw up all over me.
When she woke up this morning, same story for her cage again. I made some chicken bullion and watered it down, she drank some of it and then some water. She's walking around funny now. Her back is hunched like her belly hurts. She'll be a year old this month. I don't know what else to do. I'm afraid to feed her. Does anyone have any suggestions???? |
