Well, I'm glad you made a police report, and I think with all the evidence you have, you can at least show the judge, why you didn't want to give her a puppy. If you had some written evidence of what the going rate for stud services were in your area, the judge might just be inclined to award her that amount and not the amount of a yorkie puppy.
