yeah its common for dogs to get these if they lay in the grass outside. its like a gnat bite. i've seen them on many dogs. Morgan even got one a few months ago. they go away in a few days and the dog isn't bothered by them. you don't have to give the benadryl unless your dog seems bothered by it.
