i would like to recommend yorkieinc.com it isn't exactly a rescue but a placement service. they are good at what they do (only two friends) and will keep you informed every step of the way and ask your opinion on the right home. They are fairly close to you. Well, I just tried the link and I think it has been hujacked, it takes you to some other place not even connected with yorkieinc. maybe you could just type it in instead of following the link.
