Ideally contact a Reputable Yorkie Rescue to surrender her to is best, as they have the experience and proper procedures in place to make sure she finds her furever home (they will also do her dental before adoptions).
But if you place her yourself, please charge a small fee, check Vet references and personal references and do a home inspection. These are all things a Yorkie Rescue would do for you if you were to surrender her to one.
