When im touching her or if she gets real close to me Rascal comes over and growls and barks at her(its kinda funny but mean at the same time) obviously hes jealous and is trying to warn her that I'm his and his only...lol
It does take time.
I'd avoid giving her sole attention when he is present. Give at least equal or more attention to him. For example, if you pet her, pet him at the same time. If you give a treat, give them each one at the same time.
