Sophie is 9 months old. She free feeds until about 7pm and then her food bowl comes up. She can have a biscuit or two after that. This system helped her become completely housebroken. We go to bed about 10pm. She sleeps through the night and gets up with us about 5am, goes outside and her food bowl goes down again. She has a doggie door. She chooses to eat about a half cup or a little more. She weighs in at about 4 lbs.
