I do believe that on Olgas group there are members with dogs in the same situation.
They do a strict routine, RC 14 kibble spread out thru about 6 small mealsl, Vetri DMG and Hepatosupport and Biopectin.
I don't think this is a lost cause, it sounds like the family will and can do what it takes to give this fella every chance possible for a happy life
