Yes, I agree..spray your arms with Bitter Apple and sit there for a few minutes and let her get a mouth full. It may take a few tiems to get it imprinted in her head. I arae;y have a pup who bites at fingers and toes more then once or twice when I spray myself down....LOL
As to snapping, you will need to correct her firmly and thump her nose like her mother would so if she growled at her.
