also contact your local county humane society. they have all the pull and the info on mills. also, contact www.ytnr.com
i am a member and foster mom and they really get the job done. lots of great people. also if the mill you have encounterd is really bad then contact your local authorities to get faster results. ytnr is not afraid to raid a mill. it has and can be done. just pm me if you want more info.....
