Thank you! My daughter's doing much better now that Bijou is home. She's angry that she wasn't with me at the surgeon's (due to her having to go to the school first thing to get her pick on parking passes and paying senior dues). She said she would have told that lady she was being rude
I really think she would too. But I knew I needed her for Bijou's sake so went along with her rudeness.
I did think about reporting her and one of the male clerks (who totally ignored me when I walked up to his desk to text on his cell phone...very professional, huh?), but I don't know who I'd report them to, as I think she and the other doctors own the facility. It's Bay Area Veterinary Surgery. Maybe the better business bureau can help me on that one. However, I have a recheck with them in 4 weeks (going to my own vet to have the stitches taken out, as I want to see that lady as little as possible). You know she didn't ever come out and see me when I went to get Bijou, and I seen her in the parking lot at her car so she wasn't busy. She spoke with me on the phone this morning on after care, but that was it.
I really appreciate your kind words and wish that you was the one taking care of my baby.
