I probably wouldn't own a male dog that was not neutered, lol. Good idea on the belly band! Also, all the places he's marked already, be sure to clean them with an enzyme cleaner like Nature's Miracle to get the smell totally out so he doesn't have that urge to mark again. Is the other male yorkie you're living with neutered?
