No breeder in their right mind would guarantee the size of a dog. i have learned this after watching my husband breed and raise beagles for over thirty years. It is just impossible to tell what size they are going to be. i feel the growth charts are only a very rough estimate. One chart puts my baby at 5.5 when grown, but the chart that doubles at twelve weeks puts him less than three when grown. i would complain about the ear mites.
