this is because white potato is in that food and it inflames the intestines as it is an inflammatory food -- tylan powder daily is a lower dose of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory and many ibd toy breeds do well on it but it is bitter tasting so you have to disguise it or get tiny capsules to fill -- Metronidazole has to be compounded for toy breeds as it comes in a much higher dose. I personally would do probiotics first before using antibiotics then would use tylan then if real bad metronidazole. Food is your culprit
