and we can only tell you our experiences. But, only you know your Peanut and you have to go with your gut. Gosh, what if you listened to us and not your heart and Peanut went pitbull for a split second and there was a tragedy. You would have had to live with it, not us. Only takes a blink of an eye, and it wouldn't have been Peanut's fault.
So, you found the new baby a wonderful home, rescued her from a terrible situation..in other words, made a rather expensive charitable donation.
Gave your DH some bankable brownie points he can cash in later for something cool he wants.
Peanut gets extra special treatment just for existing.
