Well, I don't consider myself a TOTAL idiot, but I just don't get the Yorkie Growth Chart. Though like you said, there is still no guarantee. As far as a "tea cup", that is only a term used as someone's personal description. As far as a "legal complaint", it would have to be a guarantee in a signed agreement between the 2 of you that the pup will be under a certain weight full grown. Also, the dog would have to be full grown or you don't know yet how much it will weigh. If you signed an agreement that does say that, you will probably have to give your Yorkie back to the breeder in exchange for another one. However, by that time you will be in love with it and will probably not want to give it back even if it weighs 14 pounds. They do go through a "baby fat" stage as far as I'm concerend. You should let the breeder know that your pup has ear mites so he/she can check the remaining pups for them, but that is probably as far as that will go. |
