And on the plus side, you saved an innocent baby from a horrible breeder. I don't know this breeder, but I can tell that that's not what I would call a responsible, compassionate breeder.

A good breeder NEVER lets their puppies get to that state. Also, they almost always take their puppies back. I got Sushi, Sake, And KitCat strsaight from their breeders, and it's actually in the contract I signed that if I ever decided to rehome these babies I will have to call the breeder first. They would take them back any day. Two of them actually went as far as making me sign that even if at some point I found a new home for them, I have to get the breeder's approval for the new home. I guess they just wanna make sure that their babies are always looked after and with responsible reliable owners. And I can't blame them!
Thank you for your kind words... you know now that I think of it I honeslty can say she is a horrible breeder. She said she gave the puppy her de- worming medicine.. but why did she have worms? Why was she covered in pee? why did she has mats all over herself?? I should have known , I should have seen the signs.. Yes you are right a good breeder would have taken her back, a breeder that cares, but she doesnt and you know what I am GLAD, I found her a better home where she will be loved and spoiled, so thats better to me even if I lost money, at least she doesn't go back to the breeder and be mistreated.

Is there something I can do to report her..I know she has other yorkies..but I dont really know what to do on this.. if I should do something or let it be.. I just feel bad for the rest of the yorkies she has.
