Default Diarhhea and just not himself.

Toby is 6 months. I am switching him to Orijen puppy. I have switched him gradually over about 10 days.

I noticed at the start of last week his stools had darkened, got firmer and smaller than when on the previous food, so I assumed he was digesting it ok.

Thursday to Saturday his stools have started getting looser - yellower, not diahorrea but not far off. He was also pooping in the house once a day every day last week. He hasnt done this in months.

He is teething really badly at the minute (losing teeth)- this knocked Millies housetraining out for a few weeks, could this cause loose stools and pooping in the house?

Yesterday it turned into proper diarhhea, so I put him on boiled rice and chicken. He had two more episodes of diarrhea before bedtime last nite. He then threw up the chicken in the middle of the night last night. Since then (12hours ago), he hasnt had a bowel movement, or been sick.

He is still eating, but doesnt really want to drink. I am syringing him some water to keep him hydrated.

Is has been sleeping most of the morning. (which he would do a lot anyway) but just doesnt seem himself.

Is this normal after possibly changing foods too quick? Or could it be something totally unrelated?

Can you also suggest something to make the water more appealing?
